Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • When can we transition from Phase-3 to Phase-4?
    • Please refer to Phase-4 reopening criteria.  We will start the transition once all the criterias are met.
  • How long will we stay in Phase-4?
    • We don’t know.  Things are changing quickly, and these phases will probably change too.  We may even have to go back-and-forth between phases, so we all need to be flexible.
  • What happens if a coworker gets COVID?
    • We will conduct contact tracing and revert back to the previous phase until the situation improves.
  • If I don’t feel comfortable coming for Sunday service, what should I do?
    • We totally understand!  You are more than welcome to stay home and conduct service as back in Phase-2 and Phase-3 using ZOOM or TEAMS.
  • Can I come in even if I am not scheduled to serve?
    • Yes!  Please register to make sure we have enough room available.
  • Can I use restrooms?
    • Absolutely!  However, only the upstairs restrooms will be accessible.  We recommend one occupant at any given time, so please be courteous and considerate for one another.
  • How will we conduct Communion?
    • We will provide individually wrapped juice and bread that you can pick up as you check-in.  After an open prayer session, we will partake the Communion together with Brothers and Sisters online.
